Recently, my wife and I were having some issues keeping the second floor of our unit comfortable. My wife researched all kinds of solutions that were going to cost thousands of dollars...an expense we can't afford a baby on the way! Fortunately, I met Bobbi Sue Bowman (and her husband Mel). They own and operate an HVAC (and refrigeration) company. Having been boondoggled by HVAC people before, I was so impressed and surprised when, instead of engaging in a service call right away, they talked through our issue with me, shared a range of potential solutions, and actually gave me some advice that helped me solve the problem! AMAZING! I have no doubt that they would have quickly and honestly fixed the issue if it had required work, but it was even more impressive to see that they actually wanted to help--not just make a buck. I am so impressed with them and their service.
